Our story

 Our first five decades building happiness

1976

Begins Grupo VYG

José Luis Vigil and Guillermo González founded Grupo VYG. They started the construction business.

1990

Division into 2 areas: the construction company and the real estate company.

The construction of the Punta Norte Outlet was carried out, as well as the construction of an overpass on the Mex-Qro highway.

2006-2008

Project Start-up
residential properties in Mexico City

Construction of 420 apartments in Parques Polanco, as well as the La Isla Residences residential buildings in Acapulco.

2009-2014

Establish strategic alliances with third parties.

Construction of buildings in Mexico City and the State of Mexico for various companies.

2017-2026

The Group seeks to create the VYG Fund.

Currently, it has more than 10 projects in different phases of construction and sale.
